Casa Tabares, originating in Taft CA, has opened a second location here in Bakersfield. Its traditional Mexican cuisine has been serving Taft for over 10 years. It is known for its Tortas and seafood. They have an awesome Sunday Brunch, Karaoke on Thursdays and Taco Tuesday with live Music.
